We had to put our kitty girl Nahla down and the staff was amazing and professional. I don’t know how they hold their composure so well through all of it and watching us cry, but they remained calm, assured us, and made sure we had enough time for it all. The staff was so sweet and caring and took into account my 10 year old son with me. Every single staff member was great.
